Real estate has been an exciting and rewarding career. It has provided me the opportunity to use my analytical and organizational skills as well as to form new relationships with wonderful people. I particularly enjoy the coastal areas of San Diego County. The areas of La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas, Leucadia, La Costa, and Carlsbad have a wide range of home styles and prices. My background is in technology with a EE degree from the University of Massachusetts. Before moving to California in 2000, I had a long career at Lockheed Martin as an electronic engineer in the defense and commercial business segments. My technological background has helped me serve my clients through effective use of the Internet as well as provide detailed analysis of the market. My goal is to insure that my clients' real estate objectives are met whether it involves selling a home, buying a home for a primary residence, or buying property as an investment. Each client is unique and each needs special, personalized attention. Although it is important to provide an accurate analysis, it's also very important to focus on the more intangible needs and wants as well.
